Welcome to a space for healing, growth, and wholehearted living.

I’m Lilly, a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most tender and complex moments—whether that’s grief, depression, anxiety, identity exploration, or emotional overwhelm.

In our work together, I draw from a cognitive behavioral foundation while also exploring the deeper beliefs and core fears that often shape how we show up in the world. Together, we’ll identify the patterns and narratives that no longer serve you, build awareness around where they come from, and gently move toward lasting change with compassion and curiosity.

If you’re walking through grief, you don’t have to carry it alone. I offer a safe and steady space to process loss in all its forms. When it comes to grief, I take a unique, compassionate approach—because let’s be honest: the textbook definitions of grief rarely match the lived experience. Grief is not linear, logical, or tidy. It’s messy, painful, and deeply personal. Whether your loss is recent or decades old, we’ll create space to honor your story, explore the waves of grief, and reconnect with meaning in your own time and way.

If you’re feeling weighed down by anxiety or depression, our work will focus on challenging unhelpful thoughts, nurturing emotional regulation, and reconnecting with a sense of meaning, purpose, and self-trust.

I also offer affirming support for the LGBTQ+ community .Understanding the unique challenges faced by the LGBTQ+ community, I am committed to providing affirming and inclusive therapy. Here, your identity is celebrated, and the therapeutic process becomes a space for exploration, acceptance, and empowerment.

Children, too, are welcome in this nurturing space. Guided by a child-centered approach, I work with the youngest members of our community, creating an environment where they can express themselves authentically, explore their emotions, and develop the resilience needed for a flourishing future.

This is a place where vulnerability is honored, and where real, sustainable healing can unfold. Together, we’ll explore the inner landscape with intention—transforming insight into action and creating new pathways forward.

My Approach

Areas of Expertise

Cognitive Behavioral
Therapy

Through CBT, we’ll work together to uncover the patterns between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. As we identify what’s keeping you stuck, I’ll support you in building practical tools and strategies to help you feel more in control, empowered, and confident in your everyday life.

Approaches

Inner Belief System
Work

Together, we’ll gently explore the deeper beliefs you may hold about yourself — the ones that often operate quietly beneath the surface. By shining a light on these stories, we can begin to release what no longer serves you and replace it with a more compassionate, grounded sense of self.

Person Centered
with Trauma Informed Care

I believe healing happens in safe, trusting relationships. In our work together, you’ll always be met with empathy, respect, and care. By honoring your pace and holding space for your experiences, we’ll work together to reconnect you with your strengths, your voice, and your sense of safety.
